About Your Workshop Facilitator, Rita Davies

I am a holistic practitioner, tutor, and Angelic Reiki Master Teacher. Since 1993 I have been helping individuals manage acute and chronic muscular and emotional pain and offering self-help techniques to relieve muscular spasms and tension to help them regain comfort and ease in their bodies.

In this workshop you will learn techniques to release tension in sore, stiff or achy muscles. These techniques are simple yet powerful making them easy to use for yourself and your loved ones.

I have designed this relaxed and unique holistic mindfulness program to support participants in recognising and addressing the root causes of physical and emotional discomfort. Life’s stresses, challenges and traumas can often leave us feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from our authentic selves. Through acupressure, massage and guided mindfulness meditations, this workshop provides a gentle space to restore balance, release tension, and reconnect with your essence.
