Rugby, but in the slow lane Lets be honest its not been the best news for Rugby in Worcestershire recently but for those of us who still enjoy the game and would like to keep playing even as some of those momentous moments in games we played catch up with us a new opportunity has arisen.

Matt Cowdrey from Worcester Warriors Foundation who’ll be leading the sessions commented “I am excited to assist with the launch and set up of walking rugby at Worcester RFC, having seen the benefits of walking rugby at our other clubs across Worcestershire for those who can’t play the 15 a side game anymore. It’s a fun and inclusive form of rugby that anyone can play together no matter of their age, gender or rugby playing experience.”
